These General Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website www.dragorental.com (the “Website”), made available by its owner to internet users (the “Users”). Access to and/or use of the Website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as any specific conditions that may apply to certain services.

(“SECUOYA”), with registered office at Gran Vía de Colón nº 12, 3rd Floor B, Granada (Spain), Tax ID No. A-18859520, duly registered with the Commercial Registry of Granada.

2. Intellectual and Industrial Property

Access to or use of the Website does not grant the User any rights of ownership, license, or exploitation over such content. Any reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation, or use without SECUOYA’s prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

SECUOYA shall not be liable for any infringement of third-party intellectual or image rights resulting from content uploaded by Users who claim to hold the relevant rights.
