2. Purpose of Data Processing

SECUOYA processes personal data provided through website forms, inquiries, emails, and data obtained from website navigation, for the purpose of maintaining the relationship with Users.

Where the User has given explicit consent, personal data may be processed for the following purposes:

  • Contact forms: to manage inquiries submitted through the website or other available channels.

  • Recruitment processes: to manage job applications and selection processes published on the website.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

The legal basis for processing personal data is the User’s explicit consent, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), granted by selecting the relevant consent box on data collection forms.

Requests will be addressed within one (1) month. This period may be extended by up to two (2) additional months for complex requests, in which case the User will be informed within the initial one-month period.
